Vision Board and the Law Of Attraction

Visualization is a form of self-hypnosis.
In our thoughts, we may create positive images and self-suggestion and this visualization can change emotions that subsequently have a physical effect on the body.

Have you heard of the phrase “We become what we think”?
It is essentially true because our belief system is the accumulation of verbal and non-verbal suggestions throughout our life experience.

Having a Vision Board or the Dream Board helps you in the visualization.
A Vision Board is a collection of pictures of the goals and dreams you want to attract in your life.

To make a vision board, you need a large piece of paper or carton board.
Then get the pictures of what you want and paste them in your paper or carton board.
For example, if you want a specifc house in Italy, get that picture and have it in your Vision Board.
Whatever you show on your Vision Board will become part of your reality!

You may also add affirmations such as “I love living in my new Big House in Italy and spend quality time with my family”
Put the vision board in a place that you may see it often.
Look at the vision board very day.

But having the vision board is just the first step. You need to be in the mood and be able focus to be able to visualize them.

It is not that easy to be able to visualize them to make that as real as it can be.
It will take time and practice and there are tools in the market that can help you.

Dream Your Life And Think Big.

“Impossible” … is this word in your mind?

How many times have we dreamed of being rich, or successful, or happy with our relationships?
These dreams that you may have may just be dreams.
That is because you do not set goals to reach those dreams.

What do you think is the problem?
The word “Impossible”… is that familiar?
Most people will think that they can’t do this, can’t do that and its impossible.

Think abundance and don’t limit yourself with self-doubt and self-limiting assumptions.

Try this exercise.
a. Take a piece of paper and write down some goals in your life.
(i) Under one header, list down things ‘you know you can do’.
(ii) Under another header, write the things ‘you might be able to do.’
(iii)Under another one more header, list the things that that are ‘impossible for you to do.’
b. Look at those goals in a (i) every day and try to acomplised them.
Once it is accomplised, look at the remaining goals every day and try to look at a(iii) and then a(ii).
Try to accomplish goals in a(iii) first. You may end up accomplishing goals in a(ii) first.
Thus, you will have few iterations till you complete all the goals in (ii) and (iii).

As you go through this process, you will find that the goals you thought were impossible become easier to accomplish.
And the impossible begin to seem possible after all.

This technique tries to make your imagination think abundance. It helps you to aim high, and start working towards that goal one step at a time.
However, please set a goal that is realistic. Those who just dream towards a goal without working hard will end up disappointed.

Have you heard of the famous quote from Thomas Edison? “Genius is 1% inspiration, and 99% perspiration.”
This is very true. To accomplish your dreams, you need to be working hard, working relentlessly and passionately.

Remember the saying, “No pain, no gain”? That is also very true.

So dream on! Don’t get caught up with your perceived limitations. Think big and work hard to attain those dreams.
As you progress up, you will realise that the impossible has just become a little more possible and then finally possible.

Self Improvement and The Law Of Attraction

Do you have problems regarding life, happiness and success?

Most of us will face different problems and if were able to find free advise, will it help?
I would say it will help if you come out of your comfort zone to discover the potential and opportunities around you.

Everything that happens to us happens in purpose. And most of the time, one thing leads to another.
The key will be do not dwell in the past and think about what you want. Learn from the past and do not repeat the past mistakes again. You have to stay focused and persevere despite the difficulties you will encounter.

Think about the life, happiness and success you desire.
Try to visualize them with the right focus and with the right emotion.
For example:
“I don’t want to be sad every day”
“I want to be happy every day”

Can you see the difference?
“I don’t want to be sad very day” has a wrong focus on being sad.

To gain self improvement, try to focus on your mental and emotional side.
Emotions dominate our actions and reactions, even though we do not want it to happen sometimes.

Positive emotions are a lifelong goal for many of us concerned about emotional health and self improvement.

One of the biggest problems that people have is to put their positive emotions behind their negative feelings.

However, there is no clear way to ignore a negative experience and try to replace it with a positive one. It does not work this way in Life.

For example, when your dog dies, you would be heartbroken. You would probably buy another dog but the sorrow is still there.

Self Improvement and Law Of Attraction is closely related.
The Law Of Attraction works like this: dominate your thoughts on what you want, feel good and the universe will magically conspire to bring it to you.

For example, if you want to get a good job, you would focus your thoughts on finding a good job. Since you are focus on getting a good job, you would probably go to the bookstore and buy some books on the subject, use that knowledge and apply it to get the job you want. And if you feel good and happy and confident all the time, it will show in the job interview and you will probably get hired.

To summarize:
If your approach to self-improvement is to have a desire to lead a meaningful life, to be happy and successful and feeling good about it, the universe will response to your “request” that you are putting out by way of your feelings and thoughts.

Meaning Of Your Life and The Law Of Attraction

Have you ever thought of what gives meaning to your life?
After some thought, I guess, as we age, our sense of life will change.

The way we answer the question as we age will provide the ultimate context for everything else we do with our lives. Most people will think that there is value in their lives and thus will certainly give some consideration to the question.

So, what’s your meaning of life now?
For me, having good relationship with everyone I knows gives me satisfaction in life.
I like to have good relationship with my parents, my wife, my colleagues, my friends and my relatives. The dynamics of relationship is so mysterious and unquantifiable and I will definitely want to know how to attract a good relationship.

Learning the Law Of Attraction certainly helped me attract good relationships and satisfy my life.
The Law Of Attraction states that you will attract to your life whatever you give your attention, energy and focus to regardless of whether they are what you wanted or not.
Whether you are aware or not, it is working all the time.

Question you may ask:
Why am I not getting the relationship I want?

Is something making you wonder whether you are good enough to attract someone?
Is something causing you to fear never having the relationship you desire?

The Law of Attraction responds to the vibrations we hold in our beliefs, beliefs about ourselves. If you feel worthy to receive what you desire, it will lead you to get it.

Some examples of negative beliefs:
What if I put myself out there and get hurt again…
I want to have a relationship but all the (men/women) I know are …
I am not good enough for (her/him).

These negative beliefs may be sabotaging and repelling the relationship you desire!

Some examples of positive beliefs:
I will make (her/him) happy…
We will get along very well …
We will be friends forever…

These positive beliefs will lead you to the relationship you desire!

Again, what’s your meaning of life now?
No matter what, understanding and learning the law of attraction will certainly help you.
Is your balance of thought, communication and belief more on the side of what you want in your life to make in meaningful in your life?
If yes, the Law of Attraction will get what you think about, what you focus on, what you talk about and what you believe.

Do you do daydreaming, fantasizing things (For example: winning a lottery, getting a BIG House), imagining things? These are examples of Visualization.

Do you really know about the power of the images that you create in your mind?
Life is abundance and how you visualize abundance is in your mind. The reality is a result of your thoughts or how you focus to visualize things that are in harmony with yourself and your actions.
We often use visualization to create experiences we do not want in our lives.

This is NOT what you really want!
You will want to visualize on positive things that you want.
You will need a clear image of what you want to create and when combined with a strong positive emotion, you will be able to visualize on the things that you desire.
These images may be created from words, thoughts or sensations.

The key would be to focus on feeling good and focus on what you DO want!
The more we keep our minds and emotions on what we want, the more we can attract what you desire into your life.

This is the Law Of Attraction and is one of the powerful law in the Universal Laws which exists since the beginning of life.
The Universal Laws are about the truth that is valid everywhere in the universe which applies to everyone and everything.
The universe doesn’t care if you think something is good or bad.
The universe is reading your mental and emotional vibration and giving you more of the same in return, the law of attraction is at work!

Three simple steps for using the law of attraction if you are to attract what you desire.
a. Ask yourself what you want in life.
b. The Universe will open up possibilities and give you want you want.
Just receive when there is opportunity. Trust yourself.
c. Align yourself with what you want.
You do this by visualizing what it feels like to have what you want right now.
The more precise you visualize, the better the Law Of Attraction works for you.

The Power Of Thoughts And The Law Of Attraction

Have you heard of this phrase “Your THOUGHTS determine your destiny.”
Positive thoughts nurture positive emotions and negative thoughts foster negative emotions.
Hence, different people facing the similar situation may react and result differently.

Let’s have POSITIVE Thoughts from now on.
Well… easy said than done.

I want to have POSITIVE Thoughts to fill up my mind… what do I need to do, you may ask.
Well… do not monitor your thoughts, just be a observer.

You may be carried away by your thougths.
It is normal. When this happens, take yourself out of your thoughts immediately, get back to the process of thought and observe again.
By observing after some time, you will know what your negative thoughts are.
Now, concentrate to think of positive thougths that can replace those negative thoughts.
Try framing your thoughts the way you would create positive affirmations, by focusing on what you do want rather than what you don’t want or frustrates you.

But be careful on your positive thoughts.
You need to focus in the right place.
For example:
“I don’t want to be ill”.
This is possitive thought but the focus is wrong. The focus here is on being ill!

Interview with Bob Proctor On Science Of Getting Rich
